Unfortunately, errors at the sorting and manufacturing flaws can not completely be excluded. We will of course assist you in obtaining a replacement in case you received a faulty item .
In order to do so we will need the following data from you:
- name of the article
- producer article number (on the packing)
- your agreement to pass on your address data to the producer
Whenever it is possible, we will take care of a replacement ourselves.
The producers Clementoni, Jumbo, Ravensburger and Schmidt however have their own replacement service.
For the producer-cared replacement service the process is slightly different :
Please cut the bar code (EAN-Code)out of the jigsaw-box. It is important that the number below the bar code is identifiable. Please send the following things in a letter to the producer:
- the bar code
- the pieces which surround the missing one. Not neccessary for Clementoni products.
- a short cover letter with your adress, your telephone number and your request(fittings)
- a proof of purchase if available
- Jumbo needs the account card in the form of the Jumbo elephant
- It is possible, that you will get a complete new puzzle instead of only the missing pieces. This varies from producer to producer.
